LSP44 is an AI-native agent and API infrastructure company serving logistics service providers (3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers). Built on a decade of logistics data (280,000+ carriers, 1.5 billion shipments, 706 million daily carrier events), LSP44 enables LSPs to embed AI agents and intelligence directly into their products and workflows. The company is the original infrastructure project44 built starting in 2014, already serving nine of the world's ten largest logistics providers. LSP44 launched profitable with its own sales, engineering, and product leadership, operating at the speed of its customers.
You'll join a small, senior product design team to define and build LSP44's next generation of AI agent and API infrastructure. This is a hands-on, builder role working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Your core responsibility is designing the interfaces, workflows, and interaction patterns that make LSP44's AI agents legible and trustworthy for both LSP operators and developers who embed them.
You'll own end-to-end design of one or more areas of the LSP44 agent portfolio and technology, from early concept and prototyping through shipped product. You'll work directly with cross-functional teams, including forward-deployed engineers on-site with customers, to design for real operational complexity rather than abstractions. The role expects you to be an intelligent, hands-on user of AI—identifying where AI adds value, directing it effectively, evaluating outputs critically, and governing it responsibly in both your workflow and the products you build. You'll help ship technology in days rather than quarters, grounded in more data and context than anyone else in the logistics category.
