Figma is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Growth & Monetization team, a cross-functional area responsible for core product experiences including onboarding, account management, admin tooling, billing, and ecosystem expansion. In this role, you will shape user experiences that drive Figma's growth—from how users discover value to how organizations manage accounts and scale over time.
You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and design peers to create intuitive, high-impact solutions that balance user needs with business objectives. Your work will help customers expand their use of the Figma ecosystem while strengthening the relationship between users and the platform.
Key responsibilities include contributing to product strategy and decision-making, delivering clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities, working cross-functionally across teams, creating and iterating on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, designing and shipping high-quality product improvements, and contributing to design culture through critiques, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
You should have 3+ years of experience designing UX/UI for complex software products, with strong visual craft skills (composition, typography, layout), fluency in interaction design and prototyping, and a proven track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch. You'll balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals while using structured thinking, user research, and data to guide decisions. Experience designing for multiple user types (individual users, admins, buyers) or across product tiers is important. Familiarity with experimentation and metrics is valued.
This is a full-time role available from Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remotely within the United States. The posting notes that this opportunity spans openings of varying seniority levels, with specifics to be discussed during interviews.
