Salary: USD 150,800 - 226,200 / annual
Harvey is an AI-native legal tech platform transforming how legal and professional services operate. As a Product Designer on the Design Systems team, you will build and maintain the design foundations that ensure Harvey's product remains coherent, scalable, and trustworthy as it grows in complexity.
You will work as a hands-on builder and trusted partner, crafting production-ready components, patterns, documentation, and reusable assets across Figma and emerging AI-native design workflows. Your responsibilities include building and evolving the design system library, partnering with the Senior Design Systems Designer to scale Harvey's visual language, and collaborating closely with product designers and frontend engineers to ensure components are intuitive, accurately implemented, and consistently adopted across teams.
A core part of this role is maintaining the quality and health of the design system through QA, organization, continuous refinement, and operational improvements. You'll own polished production assets and documentation that enable teams to build quickly and with confidence. You'll also support AI-assisted design workflows by preparing components and system assets optimized for both designers and AI tools, advocating for exceptional craftsmanship and consistency across every product surface.
