Skydropx is innovating logistics across Latin America, and we're looking for a Product Designer with strategic thinking, high autonomy, and strong judgment to join our dynamic, ambitious, multicultural team.
You will own features end-to-end, understanding how your design decisions impact both business outcomes and user experience. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and fellow designers to elevate our operational standards and anticipate risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centered digital experiences from research through final delivery
- Actively participate in discovery, user research, and validation processes
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Contribute to the evolution and adoption of our Design System, ensuring consistency and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle
- Iterate continuously based on metrics, research findings, and team feedback
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years designing digital products
- Background in graphic design, industrial design, behavioral design, product design, business administration, marketing, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating clear design process (research, sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, final interfaces)
- Mobile-first and responsive design experience
- Advanced Figma proficiency and Design System experience
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and UX Research fundamentals
- Usability testing experience and familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, information architecture, interaction design, and user flows
- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and scalable solutions
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement
Desirable:
- AI-applied design experience
- Understanding of generative model capabilities and limitations (GPT, LLMs)
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools (Figma Make, Lovable, UX Pilot)
- Knowledge of AI ethics (bias, privacy, responsible data use)
- Collaboration experience with Data, ML, or AI teams
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–19:00 GMT-6 (Mexico City time), with schedule flexibility during launches and updates. Remote role based in Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina.
