Salary: PLN 13,200 - 38,300 / monthly
Revolut is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery across its global financial super app platform. With 75+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, Revolut is redefining how people interact with their money through spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer needs and translate complex financial problems into simple, elegant solutions. You'll own the full design lifecycle—from research and wireframing through prototyping, testing, and launch—with a focus on metrics-driven outcomes and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include conducting customer research and guerrilla testing workshops, designing end-to-end flows across iOS, Android, and web platforms, articulating design decisions through design reviews, and analyzing release performance to identify enhancements. You'll take ownership of design processes while maintaining a deep understanding of technical implications and user behavior.
Required qualifications: 3+ years designing world-class commercial apps in-house, a strong portfolio demonstrating product design work, proficiency across iOS, Android, and web, ability to think strategically about product direction, solid grasp of technical constraints, and a passion for problem-solving. You should have clean visual design sense, strong typography and grid skills, and the ability to advocate for user-centered solutions.
Nice-to-haves include a degree in computer science or related field, coding ability for prototyping, experience designing cross-platform design systems, and startup experience. The role is based in London with flexibility to work remotely from several European locations.
