You will own product design projects end-to-end, working closely with customer support and engineering teams to define problems, explore solutions, validate assumptions quickly, and ship improvements that move key metrics. Your responsibilities include running lightweight, self-serve customer research, talking directly with users to test assumptions and adjust direction based on learnings. You'll prototype using AI tools to iterate on ideas rapidly, bring clarity to product vision and prioritization, and remove unnecessary complexity from the user experience.
The role requires experience as a product designer on complex products, with a demonstrated track record of owning projects from problem definition through launch and ongoing iteration. You should actively use LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow and have a portfolio showcasing strong product thinking, interaction design, and attention to craft. You'll define success metrics, measure results, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
