You will own product design projects end-to-end, working closely with customer support and engineering teams to define problems, explore solutions, validate assumptions quickly, and ship improvements that move key metrics. Your responsibilities include running lightweight, self-serve customer research, talking directly with users to test assumptions and adjust direction based on learnings. You'll prototype with AI tools to iterate ideas rapidly and bring clarity to product vision and roadmap priorities.
The role emphasizes removing complexity from users' shoulders and delivering thoughtful, craft-focused solutions. You'll define success metrics for your work and adjust based on results, communicating clearly and intentionally across the team.
You should have experience as a product designer working on complex products, with a track record of owning projects from problem definition through launch and iteration. A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and attention to craft is essential. Active use of LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow is expected. You'll thrive in an environment that values autonomy, AI-native thinking, honest communication, and low-ego collaboration.
The team operates with 100% remote flexibility, unlimited token policy for AI tools, and a culture emphasizing ownership of problems and solutions. Some travel is expected for team offsites, conferences, and meetups.
