Pogo is seeking a second Product Designer to lead product design and creative direction for a consumer insights platform connecting brands and retailers with millions of purchase-verified consumers. You'll design core product experiences end-to-end for a B2B platform and consumer app with 3 million users, from early exploration through launch and iteration. Your responsibilities include crafting polished, delightful interfaces that build trust and showcase data and AI capabilities; sweating details across layout, typography, spacing, color, motion, and interactions; helping define the product roadmap and establishing design language, systems, and culture; and shipping high-quality work in a fast-paced startup environment.
You'll work as one of two designers alongside an experienced Lead Product Designer (former Figma, Slack, Glean), collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams. The role requires designing quickly and efficiently in Figma, making calculated tradeoffs, and maintaining strong design vision. You should be a design nerd with high standards for quality, actively studying best-designed products and designers. Experience with AI interactions and enterprise-grade product design is valued. You're a full-stack designer comfortable bringing experiences to life end-to-end, with strong product intuition focused on simplicity and clarity.
The environment emphasizes rapid iteration and feedback loops—launching and gathering user feedback within hours rather than months. You'll shape design culture from the ground up as an early team member. The company operates on "Calculated Speed," shipping weekly rather than through lengthy processes. Priorities may shift quickly as the team tackles ambiguous problems and experiments based on data and user feedback. You'll need to design things in a day sometimes and should be energized by learning independently in a tiny team.
