Orchard is reimagining the home buying and selling experience, making it stress-free, fair, and simple for millions of Americans. The company operates an end-to-end platform combining innovative home search tools, the ability to buy before selling, and personalized dashboards, backed by a network of 600+ real estate agents. Headquartered in NYC with 150+ employees and backed by top-tier investors (Revolution Growth, Firstmark, Accomplice, Navitas, Juxtapose), Orchard is recognized as a best place to work. As a Product Designer, you'll focus on reducing complexity in real estate transactions by designing agent-facing products. Your work will help agents identify the right Orchard products for customers, present them effectively, and manage pipelines to close more deals. Key responsibilities include: - Design end-to-end agent-facing features in partnership with product, engineering, and the Lead Product Designer - Design for the next action: help agents see what needs to happen next across their pipeline of live deals - Prototype using AI tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor) to build working flows that can reach real agents within days - Learn directly from agents through listening sessions and user research, treating research as a velocity tool - Translate validated concepts into Figma for production readiness - Keep the default path simple while managing transaction complexity behind the scenes You'll report to the Lead Product Designer, who will provide regular feedback and hand off increasing ownership as you build context. You'll have direct access to data and agents, enabling you to validate assumptions quickly rather than waiting for answers. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years designing digital products, interest in internal tools or B2B workflow systems, active use of AI design tools, a portfolio demonstrating customer empathy and product thinking, curiosity about data-driven design decisions, strong communication skills, and comfort with feedback and collaboration.
