As a Product Designer, you'll design customer journeys that transform complex financial tasks into simple, intuitive experiences. You'll own end-to-end design across OnePay's product surfaces, working closely with product managers, engineers, and brand partners to bring ideas from early exploration through delivery. Your responsibilities include translating goals and requirements into clear interfaces, evolving the design system in collaboration with the Core Design team, and contributing to design critiques that raise quality standards. The role emphasizes shipping regularly, learning fast, and refining often in a fast-moving environment.
You'll bring 4+ years of digital product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity of thought, solid interaction design, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Figma and comfort working within established design systems is essential. You communicate clearly about design reasoning and trade-offs, understand how products drive business outcomes, and can manage ambiguity while prioritizing effectively. You're comfortable using AI to augment the design process and have the drive and proactivity to execute as a builder. The ideal candidate is mobile-first focused, curious about product mechanics, and thrives in a high-growth, mission-driven culture.
