The private funds market manages $15T in capital and is growing 20% YoY, but lacks modern, agentic solutions for fund CFOs managing regulatory compliance and investor transparency demands.
As a Product Designer, you'll own design for the Core Workflows and User Engagement squads, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to create elegant solutions for complex user problems. Your responsibilities include designing features across data visualizations, task management, notifications, and commenting experiences. You'll bring craft and attention to detail to every component you ship, contribute to Maybern's visual language and interaction patterns, and support discovery and research efforts by gathering user feedback to inform design decisions.
You're strategic in building business cases that connect design improvements to measurable outcomes like retention and conversion. You see engineering as a true partner, understand technical complexity, and propose solutions that respect implementation constraints. You're curious, creative, and comfortable going deep into technical domains to understand user problems. You hold a high bar for craft while finding pragmatic paths to excellence incrementally.
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of B2B product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both UX and aesthetic design strength, plus evidence of user testing and research integration. You're AI-forward, actively using AI tools in your design process and excited to shape design practices as AI transforms product development. You thrive in fast-paced environments, wear multiple hats comfortably, and contribute to design culture across the business. You simplify complex concepts, communicate clearly, and ask insightful questions.
