Antimetal is building the future of infrastructure management—a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents infrastructure issues, giving engineers time back to focus on building great products.
As Product Designer, you'll be core to the product, designing and shipping high-performance UIs that translate complex AI reasoning into actionable experiences. You'll own the visual language and design system, ensuring consistent execution across the platform. Working closely with engineering, you'll prototype new interaction models, use research and data to iterate, and accelerate market fit through best-in-class user experiences.
Key responsibilities include designing from early concepts through polished prototypes and visuals, owning the end-to-end experience, and helping define how AI-first products should look and behave. You'll work in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment where design and engineering are closely intertwined.
You bring a portfolio demonstrating real product and business impact, deep UX expertise in user flows and interaction design, and sharp visual craft across design, typography, and layout. Experience designing data-rich or AI-native interfaces is essential. Bonus experience includes data-intensive products, developer tools, observability platforms, real-time applications, early-stage startup roles, strong product thinking, or founder experience.
Antimetal offers competitive salary with generous equity, fully covered health/dental/vision and retirement benefits, unlimited PTO, dinner on late nights, fitness stipend, equipment support, and commute perks (Citi Bike + train). The role is in-person from Antimetal's new spacious office in New York.
