As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute design strategies aligned with business goals and support product launches. You'll integrate AI tools into your design process—using Claude, Figma AI, v0, and similar tools—while maintaining judgment about when to go deep, when to move fast, and when to ship.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams in discovery to shape product requirements; conducting user research and testing, leveraging AI for desk research and synthesis while owning insight rigor; turning ambiguous problems into flows and interfaces that serve both users and business; using AI to move from idea to functional, testable prototype in days rather than weeks; ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables including AI-assisted work; and owning UX performance of products you design.
You should have end-to-end product, UX, or interaction design experience with a portfolio demonstrating shipped work. Daily hands-on use of AI in your design workflow is essential, driven by genuine curiosity to expand its capabilities. You need strong user research and usability testing experience, a bias toward shipping with fast iterations and early testing, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in Figma or similar tools, and clear communication skills. Good English is required.
Nice-to-have skills include frontend knowledge for better engineering collaboration, comfort with Git and command line, experience with agent-ready design guidelines and documentation, and a history of building tools to improve process efficiency.
