Clara is a fast-growing B2B fintech company in Latin America, providing spend management solutions including corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a B2B platform for over 20,000 businesses. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute design strategies aligned with business goals and support product launches. You'll integrate AI tools into your design process—using Claude, Figma AI, v0, and similar tools—while maintaining judgment about when to apply AI, when to go deep, and when to move fast. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with cross-functional partners in discovery to shape product requirements - Conducting user research and testing, leveraging AI for desk research and synthesis while owning insight rigor - Translating ambiguous problems into user-centric flows and interfaces - Using AI tools to prototype functional, testable designs in days rather than weeks - Ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables, including AI-assisted work, and contributing to design system growth - Owning UX performance of designed products and driving continuous improvements You should have hands-on experience as a Product, UX, or Interaction Designer with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from discovery to shipped product. Daily use of AI in your design workflow is essential, along with strong user research and usability testing experience. You must have a bias for shipping with fast iterations, early testing, and transparent refinement. Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and good English are required. Nice-to-have skills include frontend knowledge, Git/command-line comfort, experience with agent-ready design guidelines, and a track record of building tools to improve processes.
