You'll join a cross-functional product squad as a senior product designer, embedded throughout the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration. Your responsibilities include conducting user research, designing engaging experiences across mobile and web, evolving concepts from early prototypes to high-fidelity mockups, and collaborating with UX research, UX writing, and engineering teams.
You'll deeply understand Tide's members through direct research sessions, existing insights, and usage analytics. You'll contribute to design effort estimation, track progress against OKRs, and measure how your work impacts member outcomes. You'll also help evolve Tide's design system and ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all experiences.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years designing digital products for web and mobile in a product design or UX role. You'll bring a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX, interaction, and visual design skills with measurable impact. You're experienced running moderated user research sessions, designing complex products, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You're a compelling storyteller who can articulate the 'why' behind your work, pragmatic about trade-offs, and proficient in Figma with solid understanding of design systems and accessibility.
