As Product Design Lead for Platform Tools, you will lead design across two major initiatives: Tasks & Notifications and Sandbox. In Tasks & Notifications, you'll reimagine how users understand priorities and take action, while establishing design principles, templates, and tiering models that maintain quality across 2,500+ templates and 1M+ daily sends. Your goal is to reduce noise and deliver fewer, more relevant messages to users.
For Sandbox, you'll design a safe testing environment that gives IT administrators a copy of their production instance. This allows customers to confidently build and validate settings, permissions, integrations, and workflows without affecting live data or employees.
You'll shape the platform tools that product teams use to deliver the right information and work to users at the right moment. This is a leadership role where design is central to Rippling's mission: turning operational complexity into clarity, confidence, and action. You'll work on a unified platform that replaces fragmented, outdated systems, directly impacting how thousands of businesses manage their operations.
