As a Product Design Lead on the HRIS team, you'll shape and scale Rippling's core HR platform, helping businesses manage their workforce efficiently across the globe. You'll own end-to-end product experiences across high-impact areas, from core workflows like hiring and organizational data management to compliance and beyond.
You'll help define a new generation of AI-first experiences, reimagining how work gets done through intelligent, proactive, and increasingly autonomous products that reduce manual effort. Design is central to Rippling's mission to free smart people to tackle hard problems by turning operational complexity into clarity, confidence, and action.
