Wonderful is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own a core product area and drive design strategy for their AI operating system platform. You'll work closely with engineering and product leadership to shape product direction, user experience, and design quality across complex enterprise workflows. In this hands-on individual contributor role, you'll own the full design lifecycle—from problem framing and strategy through detailed UX and final polish. You'll be a key voice in product decisions, influencing the roadmap and challenging assumptions to ensure solutions serve user needs. As the company scales, you'll mentor designers in your area and help build out the design team, establishing design processes and raising the bar for quality. You'll tackle novel problems in AI-powered enterprise software where playbooks don't yet exist. This includes designing data-rich workflows that feel intuitive, translating customer needs into elegant solutions, and working in a fast-moving startup environment where ambiguity is the norm. Required: 6+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping complex software, ideally in B2B/SaaS/enterprise contexts. You must have proven ownership of a product area or design domain with real influence on product direction. Experience mentoring designers or leading design work is essential, along with strong systems thinking to untangle complicated workflows and design for scale. You move fast, ship quickly, communicate clearly, and thrive in ambiguous environments. Nice-to-have skills include experience designing conversational, voice, or AI-powered interfaces, and a background in hiring and building design teams from scratch. Portfolio required with application demonstrating exceptional craft and real product impact.
