The platform aims to unify fragmented sports betting content discovery and create a community where cappers can build profitable subscription businesses while fans get better advice and engagement. As Product Design Lead, you'll shape the mobile product experience across both sides of the marketplace. Key responsibilities include: - Leading design from discovery through launch and iteration, including user flows, prototypes, visual design, and implementation review - Improving core fan journeys: discovery, subscription, onboarding, content access, engagement, and renewal - Designing creator tools for launching offerings, communicating with subscribers, tracking performance, and growing businesses - Partnering with engineers on practical mobile solutions - Using AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas and improve team workflows - Raising design quality through clear thinking, constructive feedback, and cross-team collaboration You'll work on a complex, multi-sided product serving both creators and consumers, with opportunities to influence strategy and mentor design quality across the team. REQUIREMENTS: - Significant experience designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating your role from problem definition through launch and iteration - Strong interaction and visual design skills across responsive web and mobile - Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, creator tools, commerce, or similarly complex multi-user products - Product judgment: ability to connect user needs to business goals, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and explain decisions clearly - Comfort getting close to users, working with incomplete information, and moving fast in dynamic environments - Strong working relationship with engineers and understanding of how design translates to production software - Fluency with Figma and prototyping tools, plus curiosity about emerging design tools - Willingness to stay hands-on while guiding quality and direction of work beyond your own projects - Experience in sports, sports betting, or creator platforms is a plus (not required on day one, but genuine interest in learning the space is expected)
