AngelList Venture is building the financial infrastructure for private markets, supporting $171B+ in assets and powering investments into over 13,000 startups. The company has evolved from its core venture fund management offering to launch new banking, payments, wealth, and asset management products across multiple brands.
As Product Design Lead, you will drive product design strategy across AngelList's expanding business divisions while creating connective tissue between products. You'll lead a design team responsible for raising the quality bar across the platform and establishing design principles, systems, and discovery practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product design across multiple business units (banking, payments, wealth, asset management)
- Building and leading the design team
- Defining design systems and establishing discovery practices
- Ensuring excellent product execution within each division
- Creating seamless cross-product experiences for customers who use multiple AngelList offerings throughout their financial journey
- Establishing design principles that position AngelList as the leading financial institution for private markets
