As a Product Design Lead on the AI Platform team, you will define how AI integrates across Rippling's product suite and establish the design patterns, systems, and interaction models that make enterprise AI useful, reliable, and deeply embedded in daily work. This is a high-leverage, leadership-level individual contributor role operating across ambiguous problem spaces with significant strategic visibility.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership across multiple product verticals, translating emerging AI capabilities into coherent, scalable product experiences. Your work will influence not just individual features but the future of enterprise human-agent interaction.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: able to shape the narrative for how enterprise AI should function while diving deep into interaction design, graphic design, technical constraints, model behavior, workflows, permissions, and edge cases. You understand that the hard part is often the infrastructure behind the interface. You are a design leader with renewed interest in building AI-powered products using modern AI tools, comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
