The role requires both direct design delivery and strategic enablement of others. The company operates with a deliberately flat structure, aiming for equitable pay with a 1:1 median ratio between founder and team compensation. The London office (near Farringdon) is dog-friendly, and the role is hybrid with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in-office to maximize collaboration. Requirements (inferred from role description): - Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of what good design looks like - Pragmatic, outcome-first approach to ambiguous problems - Excitement about bringing sophisticated technology to broader audiences - Willingness to engage with technical details - Deep curiosity about how people experience products and the world - Experience with user research and design systems - Ability to work across B2C and B2B contexts - Portfolio demonstrating design excellence across digital products
