PolyAI is building the Agentic Dialog Platform for enterprise conversational AI, powered by Raven, a proprietary dialog model trained on over a billion enterprise conversations. The company serves hundreds of enterprises across 75 languages and 25 countries, including Metro Bank, Marriott, PG&E, and UniCredit.
You will own how PolyAI's product story reaches the market. Voice AI is one of the most crowded and overclaimed categories in enterprise software. Your job is to make it obvious what PolyAI actually does, why it works in production, and why it's different from competitors.
You'll build and run product communications across three core audiences: enterprise buyers (CX, contact centre and digital leaders in Fortune 500), the technical and operator community who evaluate and deploy conversational AI, and the broader market of analysts, press and practitioners forming views on voice AI's future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define PolyAI's product communications strategy, messaging architecture, proof points and narrative arc
- Lead product launches and feature announcements end-to-end: positioning, press, launch assets, internal enablement, and pipeline follow-through
- Partner with product and engineering to translate technical capability into defensible claims
- Own the customer proof engine: case studies, deployment stories, and measurable outcomes from live production
- Run analyst and press relations; brief Gartner, Forrester and similar analysts; build relationships with enterprise AI and CX reporters
- Build enterprise-grade materials for C-suite and technical buyers covering capability, security, compliance and business case
- Engage the technical and operator community through documentation narratives, developer-facing content, and honest storytelling about how the product works
This is a hands-on, foundational role. You'll write, brief, sit in on product reviews, and ship. Product communications doesn't exist as a discrete function yet, and you'll define it with room to build a team as it proves out. You'll report to the Head of Brand, Global Web & Content Studio and partner closely with product, marketing, sales, and leadership.
