You will own the go-to-market strategy for a product group within Wonderful, taking it from 0 to 1. This is a hybrid product and commercial role that sits at the intersection of product development, sales, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the commercial playbook: Define buyer personas, value proposition, use cases, demo story, positioning, messaging, and pilot structure. Collaborate with the Head of Commercialization on pricing and packaging strategy.
- Execute 0-to-1 go-to-market: Join early customer deals, conduct discovery, shape demos around customer business cases, test the playbook in real conversations, and identify design partners for new capabilities.
- Design and manage successful pilots: Set scope, success criteria, and business impact stories for each POC. Identify risks early and conduct root cause analysis when pilots encounter obstacles.
- Enable scale: Document and systematize what works so other teams (internal and customer-side) can execute the playbook independently. Own content creation; they own rollout.
- Feed product development: Translate customer insights into clear, prioritized input for product and engineering teams.
- Expand regionally: Identify local subject matter expertise needs and recruit talent to support expansion into target regions.
This role requires someone who can bridge technical and business conversations, move quickly in ambiguous situations, and turn customer feedback into scalable processes. You'll work closely with field teams, product managers, and customers to validate and refine the commercial approach.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at a product company (solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical product management, or technical BD)
- Builder mindset: able to assemble agents, connect APIs, and debug demos in front of customers
- Strong commercial instinct: can run business requirements discussions, build business cases, and diagnose why pilots and deals stall
- Ability to communicate effectively with both CTOs and business buyers in the same meeting
- Excellent written and spoken English; present daily
- Based in Tel Aviv; willing to travel
Strong Plus:
- Shipped LLM-based agents to production (prompting, tool use, evals)
- Taken a product from first customers to repeatable motion
- Built playbooks that other teams use (e.g., deployment, onboarding, change management)
- Exposure to pricing or enterprise sales cycles
