Alan is building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI health companion designed to democratize access to medical expertise. Mo can prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care through chat, voice, or video. Launched to 1 million French members in Q1 2026, Mo is the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
You will own end-to-end one significant slice of Mo's rapidly expanding product scope. Depending on your profile and interests, ownership areas include:
• Mo for Reactive Care: Build integrations between Mo, Alan's Clinic, and the healthcare system; shape how the medical team interacts with members in and through Mo.
• Mo for Insurance: Make Mo the primary interface between members and Alan, building on existing Support AI agents across channels and countries.
• Mo Global: Adapt Mo to new countries and establish the right operating model for each market, including medical reviews, safety protocols, and localized features.
• Mo as a Platform: Enable other teams to build on Mo, allowing domain experts to ship their own experiences through the platform.
You will own your product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision setting, prioritization, shipping, and measuring real impact on member health outcomes. You'll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, and doctors at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, seeing your work in production with real people. You'll navigate ambiguity across Alan's organization, turning it into clear decisions and focused roadmaps. You'll be hands-on—prototyping, analyzing data, reading conversations and evaluations, and engaging with technical details alongside the team. You'll also contribute to product culture and help build the team through hiring and interview participation.
