White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. The company has raised $11M from top-tier investors and processes over 100 million API calls monthly. They're seeking a Product Brand Designer to shape how White Circle looks and feels across their website, product, and brand.
In this role, you'll design landing pages from concept through polished, responsive final designs. You'll develop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations for use across web and product surfaces. Key responsibilities include evolving the White Circle brand for recognition across different touchpoints, bringing brand ideas into the product experience, creating concepts for motion and animations, and designing visuals for launches, campaigns, social, and events.
You'll work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to ensure ideas ship to production. The role requires moving comfortably between concept, art direction, and pixel-level execution, taking projects from rough ideas to polished results independently.
Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio spanning brand and digital design, particularly web. You should have excellent visual taste with deep care for typography, composition, layout, and details. Web design expertise and understanding of responsive layouts beyond desktop is essential. You're comfortable creating graphics and illustrations, experimenting with visual styles, and thinking about motion and dynamic behavior. You communicate clearly, work independently, and move quickly.
Big pluses include motion design skills, 3D experience, creative coding or generative design capabilities, and ability to prototype ideas in code. Curiosity about technology, AI, and the intersection of design and software is valued.
White Circle offers a small, fast-moving team with no corporate politics, meaningful equity, flexible PTO aligned with local regulations, all necessary hardware and tools, and twice-yearly team off-sites.
