Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 / annual
Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from electrons to tokens, addressing the critical bottleneck of power availability for AI compute.
The Procurement Operations Analyst will support Crusoe's Data Center Deployments & Operations team, serving as a bridge between sourcing, supplier management, systems, and data analytics. This role transforms procurement activity into structured insights that drive cost efficiency, supply chain optimization, and stronger supplier relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cross-functional partnership with Site Readiness, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sustainability teams to accelerate initiatives
- Process optimization by establishing end-to-end playbooks for data center deployments and operations
- Market and supplier intelligence to support sourcing strategy and mitigate supply chain risk
- Asset tagging mechanisms for data center assets
- Strategic spend tracking and budget variance reporting in partnership with Finance
- Data governance and accuracy oversight for quotations and spend data
- Rapid-turnaround analysis on complex datasets to support immediate business needs
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Information Systems, or related field, with 1-3+ years of experience in data analytics within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions. Strong technical proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, plus foundational SQL, Python, or R skills are required. Program management experience in fast-moving industries (ideally data center) and the ability to present data-heavy findings to executive stakeholders are essential. Self-starter mentality and proactive problem-solving are critical. Bonus qualifications include AI workflow automation experience and data center industry procurement knowledge.
