As a Process Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Team, which ensures all project deliverables are accurate, aligned with client data, and stakeholder-ready. You'll work closely with the Delivery Team and project stakeholders to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: - Providing technical coaching during routine project touchpoints to resolve data and structural questions - Monitoring and evaluating analyst deliverables against client requirements and project standards - Identifying quality issues, diagnosing root causes with analysts, and implementing corrections - Delivering weekly stakeholder reports summarizing project progress and emerging risks - Identifying inefficiencies in internal tools and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams on solutions - Creating and maintaining reference materials including process guides, handbooks, and training videos - Facilitating best-practice sharing sessions to promote consistent quality standards The role is fully remote within a globally distributed team across 16+ countries. Requirements: - 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Automation Analyst, Process Consultant, or Management Consultant focused on business process understanding and optimization - 2+ years of hands-on experience executing operational or business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related domains - Proficiency with process mapping platforms (MS Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Bizagi Modeler) - Experience reviewing or quality-checking others' work through peer review, quality audits, or senior analyst roles - Proven experience coaching or mentoring analysts (onboarding, training, feedback) - Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional tasks Bonus qualifications: - Comfort with structured data, spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools - Hands-on automation experience (identifying opportunities, documenting for automation, RPA/workflow tools) - Experience writing and managing SOPs with version control and team adoption
