Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching over 300 million people monthly across 55+ countries. Secret Media Network, part of Fever, is a digital entertainment and media group with city-specific brands (Secret London, Secret NYC, Madrid Secreto, etc.) focused on recommending experiences and sharing local content.
You will lead process optimization and automation initiatives across Secret Media Network's global operations spanning North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America. This is a hands-on management role focused on designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
**Process Design & Optimization:** Design and implement operational workflows across the network, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and translate findings into scalable processes. Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability across all regions.
**AI Automation & Tooling:** Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems. Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to implement scalable solutions and leverage AI to improve productivity and execution speed.
**Operational Excellence:** Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and correctly implemented. Document and maintain clear operational playbooks and procedures.
**Strategic Collaboration:** Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring operational feasibility and managing critical tools and procedures.
**Performance & Metrics:** Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency (post-production time, output quality, etc.) and report on improvements and impact.
You'll need a structured mindset with a passion for improving efficiency, strong project management skills, and the ability to work across multiple regions and functions. Experience with process optimization, automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
