Revolut is seeking a Private Banking Market Head to lead commercial and strategic operations in France. This is a director-level role with full P&L accountability for the French private banking market, focused on driving net new money and assets under management growth against annual targets.
You will build and lead a team of Private Banking Managers, setting market strategy, managing performance, and representing Revolut with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients. Rather than running your own client book, your focus will be on enabling your team's performance and expanding coverage across the market.
Key responsibilities include: owning aggregate growth targets; building and coaching a distributed team of PBMs; setting the roadmap for coverage expansion; converting pipeline into tracked performance metrics; rebalancing client portfolio assignments based on coverage rights and regulatory scope; using conversion data and market insight to refine lead allocation; partnering with Compliance and Risk on local regulatory requirements; and running transparent lead assignment governance.
You'll need 10+ years of senior experience in private banking, wealth management, or institutional client coverage, with a proven track record managing managers and leading target-carrying advisory operations. Deep expertise in French financial regulatory architecture (AMF/ACPR frameworks) is essential, along with local financial licenses and certifications required for this role type. You must be data-driven, using CRM metrics to forecast inflows and guide coaching. Strong credibility to engage authoritatively with UHNW clients and family offices is critical.
Required qualifications: AMF certification, fluency in English and French, strategic capability in pipeline management and multi-stakeholder leadership. Nice-to-haves include CFA/CAIA credentials, familiarity with private market structures, and additional language fluency.
