Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) e-commerce brand delivering high-quality essentials at low prices across apparel, accessories, and home goods. The company operates with a mission-driven culture focused on challenging conventional retail and scaling rapidly through proprietary technology and analytics.
As Principal Technical Program Manager, you will own end-to-end execution of large, cross-functional technical programs that support Quince's scaling in existing geographies and launch into new countries. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will manage multiple concurrent programs and be accountable for delivery against both timeline and business impact.
You will work across product, engineering, business, and legal teams to align on scope, priorities, and dependencies. You will partner with several engineering teams and product/business counterparts globally, often coordinating across US and India time zones with Pacific-time leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end delivery from scoping through launch and post-launch measurement
- Work directly with engineering and product leads on technical and business trade-offs
- Drive alignment across distributed US and India teams
- Surface risks early and push for decisions when teams are stuck
- Communicate status, risk, and asks to senior leadership with clear written communication
- Build execution mechanisms and processes as the team scales
This role requires someone with a bias for ownership who takes charge of ambiguous problems, holds ground with senior stakeholders, and has a proven track record of shipping customer-facing products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10–14 years of experience, with the last several years as a TPM on product programs that shipped to customers
- Demonstrated bias for ownership; ability to take charge of ambiguous problems without waiting for assignment and to advocate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Proven record of owning launches end-to-end
- Technical depth: engineering background or substantial experience shaping architecture and design decisions
- Experience running programs across time zones with US or headquarters stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills with senior leadership
Good to have:
- E-commerce, D2C, or marketplace experience
- Exposure to global expansion, localization, or regulatory programs
