Anduril Industries is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to join the Business Systems team, which builds and maintains CorporateOS—a suite of internal digital solutions that powers Anduril's supply chain, accounting, sales, field maintenance, manufacturing, and other critical functions. This role bridges business and technology, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing solutions for Anduril's people, finance, and legal systems.
You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements from cross-functional teams (People, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing) into functional and technical solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing business process automation, analyzing current systems to identify improvement opportunities, leading system-centric projects from conception through completion, managing vendor integrations, collaborating with internal software development teams on custom builds, and providing guidance to stakeholder teams on best practices.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience designing and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies, with aerospace and defense industry experience preferred. You should have a proven track record as a hands-on administrator capable of leading complex projects independently, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities. U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data. The role requires full-time in-office presence in Seattle with willingness to travel up to 25% to other offices for hands-on support and training.
Preferred qualifications include background in high-security or defense environments and exposure to ERP and HCM platforms such as Rippling, Oracle, Workday, or ADP.
