Zscaler is seeking a Principal Product Specialist to lead technical strategy for its Zero Trust Browser security solutions. This hybrid role, based in Mohali and reporting to the Director of Product Management, combines product expertise with customer-facing technical leadership.
You will own product success throughout the sales lifecycle for browser-layer security, serving as a thought leader on Zero Trust Browser architecture. Key responsibilities include:
• Provide technical leadership and architectural strategy for Zero Trust Browser solutions, driving product success across the sales funnel
• Lead executive-level and technical deep-dive meetings with customer stakeholders to present Zscaler's browser security strategy and architecture
• Articulate the business and technical value of browser-layer security controls: threat monitoring, attack prevention, in-browser DLP, secure private application access, and Privileged Remote Access (PRA)
• Develop technical collateral including best practice guides, proof-of-value test plans, demo assets, and reference architectures for internal and customer use
• Conduct and support proofs-of-value, technical evaluations, and initial deployments to help customers validate architecture, policy design, and operational fit
• Partner with Sales and Engineering to drive technical wins and product enhancements
You bring 8+ years in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within infrastructure technology or cybersecurity. You have deep technical expertise in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, private application access, and modern web security controls. You understand Internet and security protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS) and secure access patterns. You've successfully developed technical collateral and supported go-to-market initiatives that drove sales outcomes, and you collaborate effectively across Engineering, Operations, Product, and customer-facing teams.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on Zscaler product experience (Zero Trust Browser, ZIA, ZPA, Client Connector, PRA), familiarity with browser extensions and browser-layer telemetry, in-browser DLP implementation, and deep knowledge of secure private application access and privileged resource access use cases in enterprise environments.
