Zscaler is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of its Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) offering, a core component of its Zero Trust Exchange platform. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, you will own the product roadmap for critical security initiatives including TLS inspection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI standards, and the Secure Web Gateway and Proxy product lines.
In this role, you will define and drive the strategic vision for endpoint security, sandboxing, and anti-malware capabilities while ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure their success. Direct customer engagement is a key part of the role—you'll gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify new market opportunities.
You will manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, ensuring products exceed customer expectations. As an internal subject matter expert, you'll provide training and strategic guidance to sales and cross-functional teams on complex security topics.
