Searchable is an agentic marketing platform helping brands measure and optimize their visibility across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). The company has reached $5M ARR in 10 months and is backed by top angels and VCs.
In this role, you will own the core product end-to-end, responsible for all major user journeys: sign-up, initial diagnosis, the path to improving AI visibility, and ongoing monitoring. You'll be a direct strategic partner to the Head of Product and CEO in shaping Searchable's product direction as it defines the category.
You'll balance ground-floor execution with high-level strategy. Day-to-day, you'll ensure the engineering team has clearly defined deliverables, dive deep into UX flows, write clear specs, build demo prototypes, and unblock a high-velocity AI-native engineering team. You'll bring technical judgment to agent design—deciding where agents should act autonomously, where humans should approve, and where the product shouldn't use AI at all.
Success in six months means: new customers immediately understand their AI search standing and act on recommendations; the user journey feels intuitive and seamless; core product feels like one coherent system; your improvements convert more trials to paying customers and improve renewal rates; every agent change is measured with evals before production; you identify improvements from customer conversations and maintain a tight iteration loop.
The company operates office-based five days a week near London Bridge, with a startup culture where people take radical ownership of hard problems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You've owned a product or surface that drove over $10M ARR. You've led a major product area or zero-to-one product through meaningful growth with demonstrated revenue impact and metrics moved (conversion, retention, LTV).
- Deep experience in B2B SaaS. You've built products that convert and retain, with personal impact across multiple SaaS projects. Nice to have: experience with both product-led and sales-led motions.
- You've built AI agent products. Deep technical knowledge of what worked, what broke, and what you'd do differently. You've built evals and golden sets to keep agents on the rails and can name five failure modes.
- You're an AI builder, not just a spec writer. You build clickable prototypes to demonstrate changes, don't wait for designers or engineers to mock things up.
- Deep product craft and UX detail obsession. You understand problems thoroughly before moving to solutions. You sweat the last 10% of features and think in user flows, friction points, copy, and spacing.
- You thrive in ambiguity and take ownership without detailed briefs. You frame unclear problems and move them forward independently.
- You're technical enough to challenge engineers on models, data, and trade-offs, and can walk through model-powered feature trade-offs (quality, speed, cost) and their data outcomes.
- This is not a management role—no direct reports. You're a hands-on executor working alongside the Head of Product, UX designers, and engineers.
