CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the Charlotte AI Platform, a flagship GenAI developer platform that powers CrowdStrike's AI-driven security solutions. The platform processes nearly 3 trillion security events daily and serves thousands of internal developers building advanced capabilities for enterprise customers.
In this role, you will define the strategic vision and roadmap for the GenAI platform, balancing capabilities, scalability, cost, and performance. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other product leaders to create a developer-first platform that enables seamless integration of generative AI features into customer-facing security products.
Key responsibilities include: driving platform strategy and requirements; designing the ideal GenAI developer experience; translating complex use cases from engineering and business units into actionable product features; serving as the voice of the user during development cycles; championing adoption of GenAI services across the organization; and evangelizing platform capabilities within the Falcon ecosystem.
You'll work with multiple internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure AI capabilities directly solve real security problems. This is a visible expert role where you'll conduct product demos, share best practices, and guide teams on responsible AI adoption.
The role is hybrid, with options to work from Crystal City (Arlington), VA; New York City; Austin, TX; or Toronto, Canada. NYC and Toronto locations require 2-3 days per week on-site once development centers are established. Up to 20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide is expected.
