Coupa Software is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead AI Foundations within its AI Center of Excellence (AI COE). This is a strategic, operationally disciplined role focused on defining the vision, delivery, and scaling of Coupa's core AI platform—specifically the AI-specific integration and data layer that connects AI models to enterprise systems.
You will serve as the strategic bridge between business operations, AI Platform, AI Engineering teams, IT Portfolio Leads, and internal practitioners. Key responsibilities include:
• Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for AI Foundations, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Oversee the design and delivery of the AI-specific integration and data layer that enables safe, scalable AI model deployment
• Establish trust policies and operational governance frameworks required to deploy and scale high-impact AI initiatives safely across the organization
• Partner with IT Integrations to ensure complementary, non-duplicative architecture
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and business teams
• Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business value propositions
