As Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design of complex, cross-platform journeys that help members find and access the right mental health support at the right moment. You'll shape product strategy and roadmap through research synthesis, analytics, and prototyping, connecting design decisions to measurable outcomes for members, clients, and the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading design of complex journeys across web and mobile platforms, focusing on clarity, trust, and human-centered care
- Shaping product strategy through research, concept exploration, and future-state prototypes
- Producing high-quality design work including workflows, edge cases, error states, and moments requiring empathy
- Exploring AI-enabled and personalized experiences that feel transparent, safe, and human
- Designing client-facing dashboards that communicate engagement, outcomes, and value
- Building lightweight research practices to test assumptions and improve decision-making
- Supporting design system evolution at scale, strengthening consistency, accessibility, and adoption
You bring significant product design experience in complex B2B2C enterprise SaaS environments, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership from problem framing through shipped product. You've owned or significantly shaped a design system at scale, including governance and adoption. You balance system-wide consistency with platform-specific patterns across web and mobile. You communicate clearly with engineers, product managers, and executives, mentor other designers, and use AI thoughtfully in the design process. You hold a high bar with autonomy and can set direction independently.
The role is remote-first within the UK with monthly in-person meet-ups in London.
