FloQast is seeking a Principal People Business Partner focused on the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization to serve as a strategic architect of organizational health and high performance. In this role, you will act as a deeply embedded business advisor to FloQast's GTM leadership team spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. Your responsibilities will extend well beyond traditional HR support. You will translate the company's ambitious growth objectives into scalable, actionable people strategies that directly enable hyper-growth and sustained market excellence. You will partner closely with GTM leaders to ensure their teams have access to elite talent, visionary leadership development, and a high-performance culture. Key accountabilities include: - Developing and executing people strategies aligned with GTM business objectives and growth targets - Serving as a strategic advisor on organizational design, talent acquisition, and leadership development for the GTM function - Building scalable talent pipelines and retention strategies to support rapid headcount growth - Designing and implementing high-performance culture initiatives specific to sales, marketing, and customer success teams - Partnering on compensation, performance management, and career development frameworks - Acting as a change management partner during organizational transitions and scaling initiatives - Providing coaching and advisory support to GTM leaders on people-related challenges and opportunities This is a principal-level individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in people strategy, organizational development, and business acumen. You will have significant influence across the GTM organization and will be expected to think strategically about talent and organizational health as competitive advantages. The role requires 3 days per week in-office presence in New York City, with flexibility subject to team and business needs. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
