Onebrief is hiring a Principal Integration Manager to lead execution and growth of the company's work supporting the Next Generation Constructive (NGC) program, a multi-million dollar government initiative. Reporting to the Head of Key Initiatives, you will serve as the program lead across government stakeholders, internal teams, and industry partners with direct visibility to the executive team. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on program execution rather than personnel management. You will own end-to-end outcomes for Onebrief's NGC contributions, including schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and customer commitments. Core responsibilities include: assembling and coordinating a cross-functional, matrixed team oriented on program success; quarterbacking coordination between government stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and industry partners; managing program scope through interpretation of Statements of Work and alignment of customer requests with contractual obligations; leading program planning and customer engagements; overseeing milestone execution and risk management; and identifying opportunities to improve execution, reduce costs, and support future growth. You will navigate the intersection of large government programs and a fast-paced startup environment, balancing government expectations with contractual obligations while maintaining strong customer relationships. Success requires influencing without direct authority across internal departments, government customers, and external partners. Minimum qualifications include 10+ years managing Government Programs of Record in defense technology, strong understanding of operational planning and defense acquisition, proven ability to influence across functional teams and external stakeholders, current Active Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and ability to travel approximately 50% to locations including Orlando, Florida and Leavenworth, Kansas. Preferred experience includes defense software/SaaS programs, Army modernization or command and control initiatives, startup or high-growth tech company background, existing DoD acquisition relationships, and experience managing multiple vendors as a prime contractor or Lead Systems Integrator.
