As Principal HR Business Partner, you will serve as the senior HR leader for the London office and UK region, reporting to the Head of HR. This is a hands-on strategic role focused on driving people programs that fuel high performance, agility, and collaboration across a rapidly scaling organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the London site leader and regional HR Business Partner for the UK, executing and aligning talent strategies with business priorities across all functions
- Support organizational design, team scaling, and workforce planning as the business evolves
- Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations matters
- Drive execution of people initiatives in the UK while ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks and local compliance requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to navigate complex challenges and support growth
You will bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS, or deep tech). You have deep business acumen and a proven track record supporting organizations through rapid growth and change. You possess in-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks, excellent judgment in managing nuanced situations, and the ability to influence and advise at senior levels. A genuine interest in Behavox's mission, market, and technologies is essential.
