As Principal HR Business Partner, you will serve as the London office site leader and regional HR Business Partner for the UK, reporting to the Head of HR. This is a hands-on senior role in a fast-paced, scaling tech environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead HR strategy and execution for the London office and UK region, aligning talent strategies with business priorities across all functions
- Support organizational design, team scaling, and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly
- Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations and HR matters
- Drive execution of people initiatives in the UK while ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks and compliance with local regulations
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership to navigate complex challenges and drive business growth
- Build and scale people practices that fuel high performance, agility, and collaboration
You will bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS, or deep tech). You have deep business acumen and a proven track record supporting organizations through rapid growth and change. You possess in-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks, excellent judgment in managing complex employee matters, and strong influencing and advisory skills. You are passionate about elevating company performance and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
