Behavox is a data operating platform company that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate their data for risk management, compliance, revenue optimization, and business growth. The platform uses AI/ML to aggregate, analyze, and act on enterprise data across all business functions.
You will join as a Senior HR Business Partner, reporting to the Head of HR. This is a hands-on, strategic role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments and wants to shape people practices at scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the London office site leader and regional HR Business Partner for the UK, aligning talent strategies with business priorities across all functions
- Support organizational design, team scaling, and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly
- Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations and compliance matters
- Drive execution of people initiatives in the UK while ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks and local regulatory compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership to navigate complex challenges and drive business growth
You bring:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech (AI, SaaS, or deep tech)
- Deep business acumen and a proven track record supporting organizations through rapid scaling and transformation
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks
- Strong judgment and experience managing complex, nuanced employee relations matters
- Excellent influencing and advisory skills with the ability to partner effectively across the organization
- Genuine interest in Behavox's mission, market, and technology
