Key responsibilities include architecting GNC flight, test, and analysis systems for high-maneuverability space vehicles produced at scale; guiding development of robust control algorithms for satellites operating in LEO, GEO, and cislunar regimes; participating in vehicle-level hardware and software design reviews and trade studies to coordinate GNC requirements across disciplines; developing GNC flight and simulation software to implement new algorithms, hardware modeling, and orbital regime transitions; interfacing with internal and external partners to ensure vehicle design meets mission needs; mentoring engineers and establishing best practices for vehicle GNC throughout the engineering lifecycle; resolving technical issues with innovative solutions; and communicating design needs, intent, and capability to the broader engineering team and customers.
