Delinea is seeking a Principal, Global Partner Process Architect to own and optimize all internal processes that shape the partner experience transacting with Delinea's identity security platform. This is a strategic, high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Sales Processes organization while partnering closely with the broader Partner Ecosystem team. The role encompasses end-to-end ownership of the partner portal, teaming processes, deal registration workflows, partner lead flow, and MDF (Market Development Fund) administration. You will be the single accountable owner for the health, automation, and continuous improvement of these systems, ensuring they deliver a frictionless, world-class transacting experience. Key responsibilities include: - Owning partner portal configuration, teaming rules, deal registration (including submission workflows, approval SLAs, conflict resolution, and audit integrity), lead routing, and MDF administration - Identifying friction points through partner feedback, stakeholder input, and process data analysis - Building and maintaining a rolling automation and AI roadmap prioritized by partner and business impact - Defining and tracking KPIs/SLAs for each partner process (deal registration turnaround, lead routing accuracy, MDF approval cycle time) - Defining vendor and IT requirements for partner portal and PRM technology - Translating partner process needs into clear requirements for internal IT/Business Systems teams - Partnering with IT on UAT and release validation for system changes - Collaborating with Director of Partner Operations, VP of Partner Experience, SVP of Partner Ecosystem, and fellow process architects to ensure seamless integration with CPQ, prospecting, and order management workflows - Representing the partner voice in cross-functional planning and prioritization Required qualifications: 6+ years in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Sales Operations with direct experience owning partner-facing systems or processes. Hands-on experience with PRM/partner portal platforms (Channelscaler preferred), deal registration workflows, and MDF administration tools. Track record of identifying and resolving process friction using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
