You will join the CEO Office as a high-judgment operator responsible for turning the company's most important strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. This role bridges strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working directly with the CEO and Head of CEO Office to drive critical cross-functional initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: supporting the CEO in driving strategic initiatives through day-to-day project leadership and cross-departmental collaboration; helping departments scale by establishing organizational structures, setting objectives and KPIs, and implementing robust processes; identifying and solving complex, ambiguous problems that span multiple teams; navigating strategic and execution challenges simultaneously; and owning high-priority projects from problem definition through implementation.
Project scope may include organizational design, international expansion strategy, scaling new business lines, goal setting and strategic planning, go-to-market execution, regulatory and financial infrastructure initiatives, and board reporting.
You should bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills with comfort moving between strategic and operational detail. Excellent communication is essential—you'll work with senior executives and drive alignment across functions without formal authority. You thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and use first-principles thinking informed by data. You have a builder mindset, preferring to own outcomes rather than make recommendations, with a track record of quantifiable business impact and rapid growth in responsibility.
Ideal candidates have experience in consulting, high-growth technology, investing, investment banking, or strategic finance. Bonus qualifications include payments/fintech exposure, low-code/no-code or AI automation experience, advanced SQL or data analysis skills, international market experience, and entrepreneurial background.
