Precision Medicine Group, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization, is seeking a Principal Benefits Partner to manage international employee benefits programs on a remote basis. The role is based remotely and can be located in Hungary, Poland, or Turkey.
The Principal Benefits Partner will lead the execution and administration of PMG's international benefit plans and programs across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include conducting analysis and interpretation of the organization's benefits programs by region, supporting benefit plan benchmarking activities, and ensuring market competitiveness of compensation and benefits offerings.
You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to drive strategic benefits initiatives. You will own all international benefit plan management and administration, including benefit plan design, benchmarking analysis, and broker relationship management.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in international compensation and benefits administration, with at least 12+ years of experience in a global organization. You must have hands-on experience working across different countries with a strong understanding of process, payroll, and labor law differences across jurisdictions. You should be skilled at crafting compelling messaging to communicate compensation and benefit programs to both leadership and employees. Fluent English communication is required.
