Precision Medicine Group, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization, is seeking a Principal Benefits Partner to lead the execution and administration of international benefit plans and programs across multiple regions including the UK, Hungary, Poland, and Turkey.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of PMG's international benefits strategy and operations. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analysis and interpretation of the organization's benefits programs, supporting benefit plan benchmarking initiatives, and ensuring market competitiveness across regions. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to design and implement effective benefits solutions. Your expertise will extend to broker management, plan design benchmarking, and navigating the complexities of international payroll and labor law differences.
You will also develop and deliver compelling messaging to communicate compensation and benefit programs to both leadership and employees, ensuring clear understanding and engagement with benefits offerings.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 12+ years of compensation and benefits experience within international organizations. You must have demonstrated experience working across different countries with a solid understanding of process, payroll, and labor law variations. Strong English language communication skills are essential, along with expertise in benefits program messaging and strategy.
