Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 / annual

iCapital is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to lead Pricing Strategy and drive one of the firm's most critical strategic functions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, analytics, and business development, partnering directly with senior executive leadership to develop pricing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and long-term enterprise value. Key responsibilities include leading the firm's Pricing Committee with full governance and decision-making authority; partnering with executive leadership on strategic pricing decisions and commercial opportunities; building and leading a pricing strategy team to review client-specific requests and support commercial decision-making; designing and enhancing pricing frameworks that support product positioning and competitive differentiation; owning the Global Standard Pricing Compendium to ensure consistency and scalability; building pricing precedents and historical decision documentation; drafting and maintaining pricing policies and governance standards; developing pricing analyses, dashboards, and reporting on trends, fee realization, and margin performance; conducting market and competitor research to evaluate pricing trends and emerging strategies; partnering with Strategic Finance teams on revenue modeling and profitability analysis; and developing client-facing disclosures and language describing pricing methodologies and value propositions. The ideal candidate brings 9-15 years of experience in pricing strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy roles. Financial services, fintech, or asset management experience is strongly preferred. Required skills include exceptional analytical capabilities with financial modeling and pricing analytics expertise; demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex analyses to C-suite audiences; strong commercial judgment balancing revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning; cross-functional collaboration experience with finance, sales, product, operations, and legal teams; track record of building scalable processes and governance frameworks; and advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Leadership experience and familiarity with pricing analytics and business intelligence tools are preferred. The role offers significant executive visibility and the opportunity to influence firm-wide commercial strategy across products, channels, and geographies. Employees work in the office Monday-Thursday with Friday remote flexibility.
