Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 / annual

iCapital seeks a Vice President or Senior Vice President to lead Pricing Strategy and drive one of the firm's most critical strategic functions. This executive role sits at the center of key business decisions, partnering directly with senior leadership to develop pricing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and enterprise value. Key responsibilities include leading the firm's Pricing Committee with full governance and decision-making authority; partnering with executive leadership on strategic pricing decisions and commercial opportunities; collaborating with Business Development, Relationship Management, Distribution, and Product teams to structure and price new business opportunities; and building and leading a dedicated pricing strategy team. The role encompasses designing and enhancing pricing frameworks that support product positioning and competitive differentiation; owning the Global Standard Pricing Compendium to ensure consistency and scalability; building pricing precedents and historical decision documentation; and drafting pricing policies, governance standards, and control procedures. Additional responsibilities include developing pricing analyses, dashboards, and reporting on trends, fee realization, take rates, and margin performance; conducting market and competitor research to evaluate pricing trends and fee compression risks; partnering with Strategic Finance on revenue modeling and profitability analysis; and developing client-facing disclosures describing pricing methodologies and value propositions. The ideal candidate brings 9-15 years of experience in pricing strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy roles. Financial services, fintech, or asset management experience is highly valued. Exceptional analytical capabilities including financial modeling and quantitative decision support are essential. The role requires demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, communicate complex analyses to C-suite audiences, and synthesize data into actionable recommendations. Strong commercial judgment, cross-functional collaboration experience, and a track record of building scalable processes and governance frameworks are critical. Leadership experience and advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency are expected.
